In 1996, he was admitted to practice as a representative before both the European patent Office as well as the Office for Harmonization for the Internal Market. After leaving the Research Centre Jülich in 1999, Dr. Struck became partner at "Gille Hrabal Struck Neidlein Prop Roos".
He is representing domestic as well as international companies in all areas of IP (in particular, patents, utility models, trademarks, design models). In particular, his practical experience covers the areas internet, software, hardware, mobile telephone systems, the preparation and defense of patent applications, infringement litigation, preparation and negotiations of contracts as well as the rights of employee-inventors .
Dr. Struck has successfully taken part in global patent infringement cases involving the automobile industry, the timber industry and the pharmaceutical goods business. He has represented market-dominating companies, often acting as head counsel in appeal proceedings against nullity decisions before the Federal Supreme Court of Germany.
He is married with three children.
