Jong-Dug Choi studied engineering at the Ruhr University in Bochum. In 2008 he finished his studies as a graduate engineer with a concentration in construction and automation technology. During his studies he worked as a technical translator and interpreter and gained practical experience in the industry as well as abroad.

After his studies he worked for a plant engineering company in Dortmund in the department of automation technology. In the course of a foreign assignment in South Korea he supervised the erection and commissioning of a plant in the field of process automation.

In 2010 he started his work at Gille, Hrabal, Struck, Neidlein, Prop, Roos.

Mr. Choi speaks fluently German, English and Korean.
